Refund Policy
Essatoshi has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the candle must not be burned, the glass jar must not be cracked, chipped or broken and in its original packaging which must also not be damaged. You will need your order number as proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you upon purchase.
Damages and issues
Please ensure that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can rectify any problems. To request or start a return, please contact us at hello@essatoshi.com. We will then contact you asking for details such as photographic proof of any damage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund will be issued or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund. If you have payed by Bitcoin, your refund payment will show straight away.
Unfortunately, we would be unable to offer refunds on any sale items.
